Hi, I am Eli Vaknin. Growing up in a contractor household, I’ve always found meaning in building things. I found delight in interior design, creation, and problem-solving.
Remodeling spaces usually solves more problems than meets the eye and always brings happiness to my customers. For example, opening up a kitchen and creating a new area where the light shines throughout and makes your family come together is something that brings me great joy.
As a testament to our customer care, my previous company, TRL Construction & Design, was awarded the “Best of Houzz Service” award for the past 5 years.
At the same time I love solving problems. This enables me to think, explore, and let my artistry shine. I love learning about things, and it’s always a very personal experience for me.
I have a personal attachment to kitchen design and creation as I love to spend time in the kitchen and cook for my family.

“I was impressed by Eli on how communicative he was, that he was always available, and was always respectful and courteous.
What impressed me the most, was the fact that when one thing went wrong with one of the installers, I was very stressed because I do not like confrontation, and when I mentioned it, he looked at me with a smile on his face and said “Don’t worry, I’ll make it right, that is why you have me.” Just like that, things were corrected.
Now listen to this, our project was done in July, well, here we are in October and we just noticed a gap under a door. I had called him to ask how we can fix it, and once again he showed his commitment to his quality and his name, he came over the next day and fixed it himself.

“After hours of research and meeting with several contractors, I hired Eli to turn my existing home into my dream home.
The renovation project impacted almost 80% of the square footage of the house—kitchen, laundry room, living room, den, office, hallway, master bedroom (including the closet), and master bath. From the ceiling to the flooring, all surfaces were replaced or refinished.
In addition, several walls were removed to create an open plan between the kitchen and living room, to enlarge the master suite, and to provide a new powder room.
The finished product is beautiful and everything that I envisioned for the project.

“Our house was unfortunately destroyed when a neighbor’s oak tree fell on it during a storm, crushing approx 1000 sq. feet.
I hired Eli to rebuild the house, and also perform some separate additions.
Eli was very responsive and available to me and my wife throughout the process, much of which was done with me several hundred miles away.
My wife and I picked out finishings and would simply email them to Eli and he would put in all the orders and make sure things were done to our satisfaction.
As with any renovation project, as long as you’re following up on your end, I think EV remodeling will deliver to your expectations.”
