- Remove cabinets, flooring, appliances, and anything being remodeled
- Rework or install any plumbing as needed
- Rework or install any electrical and HVAC as needed
- Install the insulation
- Schedule inspections
- Install any drywall if needed
- Trim and cabinets installation
- Install the countertops
- Add the backsplash
- Lay down the flooring
- Install all plumbing and electrical fixtures like sinks and hanging lights
- Appliances installation
- Paint the walls and any other areas
- Final love touch-ups
What Can Change This Process
Scope of work. This process is for a full kitchen remodel done all at once. You might just want to do the cabinets or flooring. Some people also choose to do their remodel in sections.
Damages. This can add some extra steps. If we spot any damages before or during the project, we’ll talk to you about how you’d like to handle it. We recommend fixing damages right away. They’ll only get worse and more expensive to fix.
